Concessions

"Concessions" is a film directed by Mas Bouzidi starring the late Michael Madsen that premiered at the Edinburgh International Film Festival (EIFF) in August 2025. The comedy-drama, shot on 35mm film, is about the final night of a closing movie theater and pays homage to the traditional cinema experience. It features an ensemble cast and is described as a love letter to movie theaters and the employees who work in them.
